Terms of Service

AI Health Export is a health data utility that:

• •Exports Apple Health data as CSV files for personal use and AI analysis
• •Provides built-in AI Chat (Pro tier) powered by Google's Gemini API for health data analysis
• •Offers tiered access: Free (basic export), Premium ($14.99 lifetime, full export), and Pro ($14.99/month or $149.99/year with 2 months free, full export + AI Chat)

• •Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple.
• •Free trial: Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple's standard introductory offer terms apply.
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price is charged within 24 hours of the period end.
• •You can manage or cancel subscriptions, including the trial, in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• •Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase — no recurring charges.
• •Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

• •Pro AI Chat uses Google's Gemini API. When you send a chat message, your health metrics, profile data, chat memory facts, and recent mood entries are transmitted to Google for processing under the Google Gemini API Terms of Service. Google does not use API input data to train its models.
• •AI-generated responses are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• •You should never rely on AI responses for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

• •Pro AI Chat depends on Google's Gemini API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages, rate limits, or changes on Google's side may temporarily disable Pro chat features.
• •Free, Premium, and Pro export features run entirely on your iPhone and remain available offline.
• •We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend any feature to fix bugs, improve performance, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

You agree not to use the App or its outputs for any of the following:

• •Use by anyone under 13 years of age. The App is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
• •Use as a medical device, clinical decision-support tool, diagnostic aid, or any therapy-related purpose. The App is not regulated as a medical device.
• •Acting on AI-generated insights without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
• •Automated, scripted, or scraping access to the App or its APIs.
• •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the App, except as expressly permitted by law.
• •Sharing your purchased account or subscription with others in violation of Apple's Family Sharing or App Store rules.
• •Any unlawful use, including processing health data of another person without their explicit consent.

• •AI Health Export is NOT a medical device.
• •No content in this app should be interpreted as medical advice.
• •No doctor-patient relationship is created by using this app.
• •In a medical emergency, call emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.

All content, design, and code in AI Health Export are owned by the app creators. Your health data remains yours — we claim no ownership of your personal health information.

Your content stays yours. Chat messages, chat memory facts (medications, conditions, allergies, goals, preferences, personal info), and mood check-ins are user-generated content that you own. They are stored locally on your iPhone and only transmitted to Google's Gemini API as part of an active chat request you initiate. You can review, edit, or delete this content at any time within the App.
