Terms of Service

AI Health Export is a health data utility that:

• •Exports Apple Health data as CSV files for personal use and AI analysis
• •Provides AI Health Chat, available only to adults age 18 or older, powered by Google's Gemini API for health data analysis
• •Offers tiered access: Free (basic export), Lifetime Export ($14.99 lifetime, full export), and AI Health Chat ($14.99/month or $149.99/year with 2 months free versus monthly, full export plus chat)

• •You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Health Export. AI Health Chat also requires an on-device age confirmation before health data is prepared for or transmitted to Gemini.
• •AI Health Chat subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple.
• •Introductory trial: Eligible new subscribers to AI Health Chat Monthly or Annual can receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple's standard introductory offer terms apply.
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price is charged within 24 hours of the period end.
• •You can manage or cancel subscriptions, including the trial, in iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
• •Daily message allowance: AI Health Chat includes up to 40 messages per day. The count resets each day. This allowance applies to every plan, including annual subscriptions, and is set high enough that ordinary day-to-day use does not reach it. If we change the allowance, we will update this page.
• •Lifetime Export is a one-time lifetime purchase with no recurring charges.
• •Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

• •AI Health Chat uses Google's Gemini API. Opening AI Health Chat may send the disclosed health context to Gemini so chat is ready. Sending a message or enabling the monthly deep-dive summary also sends data to Gemini, including relevant health metrics, profile data, chat memory facts, recent conversation messages, and mood entries, for processing under the Google Gemini API Terms of Service and Google's abuse-monitoring documentation. Google's paid Gemini API does not use prompts or responses to improve Google products or train general Gemini models. Google retains prompts, context, and responses for 55 days for abuse monitoring and any required legal or regulatory disclosures. Abuse-monitoring data is used only for policy enforcement and preventing violations; flagged content may be reviewed by authorized Google staff.
• •If you enable AI Health Chat monthly summaries, the health facts needed for the monthly deep-dive are transmitted to Gemini when that scheduled summary runs.
• •AI-generated responses are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• •You should never rely on AI responses for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

• •AI Health Chat depends on Google's Gemini API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages, rate limits, or changes on Google's side may temporarily disable AI Health Chat features.
• •Free, Lifetime Export, and AI Health Chat CSV creation runs on your iPhone and remains available offline.
• •We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend any feature to fix bugs, improve performance, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

You agree not to use the App or its outputs for any of the following:

• •Use of the App, including export features and AI Health Chat, by anyone under 18 years of age.
• •Use as a medical device, clinical decision-support tool, diagnostic aid, or any therapy-related purpose. The App is not regulated as a medical device.
• •Acting on AI-generated insights without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
• •Automated, scripted, or scraping access to the App or its APIs.
• •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the App, except as expressly permitted by law.
• •Sharing your purchased account or subscription with others in violation of Apple's Family Sharing or App Store rules.
• •Any unlawful use, including processing health data of another person without their explicit consent.

• •AI Health Export is NOT a medical device.
• •No content in this app should be interpreted as medical advice.
• •No doctor-patient relationship is created by using this app.
• •In a medical emergency, call emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.

Original materials in AI Health Export are owned or licensed by the publisher. Third-party and open-source components, platform software, and third-party names and marks remain subject to their respective owners and licenses. Your health data remains yours; we claim no ownership of your personal health information.

Your content stays yours. Chat messages, chat memory facts (medications, conditions, allergies, goals, preferences, personal info), and mood check-ins are user-generated content that you own. They are stored locally on your iPhone and may be transmitted to Google's Gemini API when opening Chat prepares the disclosed context, when included in an active chat request, or when an enabled monthly deep-dive summary runs. The App provides review and deletion controls for chat history and Chat Memory. Submitted mood entries remain locally until you remove the App; the current version has no separate mood-history deletion control.
